The second step once you have found a great domain is to start developing the website and promoting it. You can begin by completing keyword research and finding search terms related to your website and creating new pages. By adding more content to the website you have purchased, you will make it more valuable and get more visitors to it. Also, by promoting it through different methods will drive more traffic into your website. If doing this work does not intrigue you, you can instead keep a lookout at the two websites above and find a great site going for a low price, purchase it, and relist it at Flippa.com and make a profit on that. I have found several great domains where the seller listed a domain as a 24 hour auction because they wanted to sell it fast. After I purchased the domain, I tweaked the website a bit and added some extra content and resold it and made a nice profit.
